Black Bean and Goji Berry Congee
Ingredients: 100g black beans, 5g goji berries, 10 red dates.
Method: Add an appropriate amount of water to a pot, then add the black beans, goji berries, and red dates. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the ingredients are tender and well-cooked. It can be consumed as is. Take it once in the morning and once in the evening daily; it can be consumed long-term.
Tip: To see the effects of the black bean and goji berry congee, you must drink it daily. However, goji berries should not be consumed in excess. Generally, it is best not to consume more than 20g per day. If you have a cold, fever, inflammation, diarrhea, or other illnesses, do not add goji berries when making the congee; use only black beans. Alternatively, you can use cassia seeds instead of goji berries.
