Healthy Ways to Eat Tomatoes for Cancer Prevention and Liver Protection

The stressful life of staying up late and being overworked can actually cause significant damage to your liver. Sometimes when you feel like you have "internal heat," such as having red streaks in your eyes or a flushed face, it could be a sign of a liver problem.

For liver care, there's no need to obsessively seek health supplements. The most important thing is to nourish your body through natural means. In your daily life, you can eat more tomatoes, which are quite effective for cleansing the liver.

Not only for liver protection, but if you pay more attention when cooking tomatoes, they also have skin-care and anti-cancer effects.

Stir-fry the tomatoes in oil first; this helps dissolve and absorb the fat-soluble nutrients in tomatoes, such as lycopene. Lycopene has remarkable effects on preventing and treating prostate diseases and prostate cancer, as well as protecting the cardiovascular system, delaying skin aging, and enhancing immunity.
