Blacklist of Carcinogenic Foods

Experts recommend an anti-cancer healthy diet that is primarily plant-based and supplemented with animal-based foods, including 300 grams of grains daily (one-third of which should be legumes and one-third flour products); 500 grams of vegetables, of which 300 grams must be green leafy vegetables; 200 grams of animal-based foods, such as fish, poultry, eggs, and lean meat; 250 grams of milk; and 50 grams of soy products.

Re-boiled water: Re-boiled water contains nitrites, which form the carcinogenic nitrosamine in the human body. Anti-cancer foods can be divided into 8 categories
