Versatile Ways to Eat Avocado

Avocado is a fruit with high nutritional value, containing various vitamins, rich fatty acids and proteins. It is also high in trace elements such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, earning it the nickname "forest cream."

1. Lowering Cholesterol

Avocados contain a large amount of oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat that can replace saturated fats in the diet, thereby lowering cholesterol levels.

2. Beauty and Skincare

Avocados are rich in vitamin A, protein, and 30% precious vegetable oil "oleic acid." Its composition is very similar to the skin's natural sebum membrane, making it highly skin-friendly. It has an instant filling and repairing effect on skin damaged by UV exposure and can lock in cellular moisture for a long time, deeply hydrating the skin. Coupled with being rich in vitamin E and carotene, its effects on skincare, sun protection, and health are excellent. Avocado can also be cut and used as a mask to reduce eye bags. 3. Preventing Infant Vascular Malformations

Eating avocados is also a great way to supplement folic acid. Folic acid is a very important vitamin that can prevent fetal congenital neural tube defects and also reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease in adults.

4. Protecting the Digestive System

Avocados are high in fiber. Soluble fiber can remove excess cholesterol from the body, while insoluble fiber helps maintain normal digestive system function and prevent constipation.
