When eating crab, you should pay attention to the four clean-ups:
First, remove the crab stomach.
The crab stomach, commonly known as the "urine bag," is a small, bony, triangular packet located at the center front of the carapace, containing dirty sand.
Second, remove the crab intestine.
This is the black line that runs from the crab stomach to the crab's abdomen.

Third, remove the crab heart.
The crab heart is commonly known as the "hexagon plate."
Fourth, remove the crab gills.
These are the two rows of soft, feathery things located on the crab's abdomen, commonly known as "eyebrows."
These parts are both dirty and have no edible value, so do not chew them randomly to avoid food poisoning.
