1. Tremella Orange Jelly
Method: Take 100g of soaked tremella, 200g of canned oranges in syrup, and an appropriate amount of sugar. First, remove the stems from the tremella, wash it clean, and add an appropriate amount of water. Simmer over low heat until the tremella is tender. Then, increase the heat to a boil, add sugar and more water. When the tremella softens, add the canned orange segments and cook briefly. Serve as a dessert.

2. Apple Jelly
Method: Take 1 apple, 1 snow pear, 3g of dried tangerine peel, 30g of sugar, and an appropriate amount of starch. First, peel and core the apple and pear, and cut them into small cubes. Wash and chop the dried tangerine peel. Place them all in a pot with an appropriate amount of water and cook until tender. Add sugar, then thicken with a starch slurry to make a thin sauce. Serve as a side dish.
Indications: It has the effects of tonifying the middle jiao and replenishing qi, clearing heat and resolving phlegm. It is suitable for cough with excessive phlegm.
3. Lily and Tremella Soup with Ginseng
Method: Take 15g of lily bulb, 12g of tremella, 15g of dwarf ginseng, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar. First, soak the tremella in water until soft, remove any impurities, and wash it clean. Place it with the washed lily bulb and dwarf ginseng in a clay pot with an appropriate amount of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the tremella is tender. Add rock sugar to taste. Take it warm in two doses, once a day.

4. Lily and Egg Soup
Method: Take 60g of lily bulb and 2 eggs. First, wash the lily bulb. Place it in a pot with the washed eggs and an appropriate amount of water. Cook until the eggs are done. Peel the eggs, take one dose a day, drink the soup, and eat the eggs and lily.

5. Glehnia and Lily Duck Soup

6. Lily and Loquat Jelly
Method: Take 30g of fresh lily bulb, 30g of fresh loquat, 30g of fresh lotus root, an appropriate amount of starch and sugar, and a little osmanthus. First, wash the fresh lotus root and slice it. Place it with the lily bulb and loquat in a pot with water and cook. When nearly done, add an appropriate amount of starch to thicken into a jelly. When serving, add a little sugar and osmanthus. Can be eaten at any time.
Indications: It has the effects of nourishing yin and moistening the lungs, and clearing heat to relieve cough. It is suitable for persistent dry cough caused by dry-heat injuring the lungs, insufficient lung yin, and deficiency-heat disturbing the chest.
