Big cherries are beautifully shaped, bright red, delicate and translucent, delicious, and rich in nutritional value. They are also famous as a beauty fruit, and whether made into juice, jam, fruit wine, or cakes, they are irresistible.

Big Cherry Rice Vinegar
Main ingredients: 600g big cherries, 500g rice vinegar, 150g rock sugar.
Instructions:
1. Wash the big cherries clean and let them air dry naturally.
2. Remove the cherry stems and make a few random cuts on the surface of the cherries.
3. Place the prepared cherries and rock sugar into a clean, dry, and oil-free glass bottle.
4. Pour in the rice vinegar.
5. Seal and store for 15 days.
Tip: Drinking about 20ml a day is enough, and it has a beauty effect.
Sugar Water Big Cherries
Main ingredients: 500g big cherries, 120g rock sugar, 360g water, 15ml red wine.
Instructions:
1. Wash the big cherries clean and let them air dry naturally.
2. Remove the cherry stems, and use a chopstick to pierce the cherry from the top, pushing forward forcefully to push the pit out from the bottom.
3. Add water and rock sugar to a pot, and simmer until the rock sugar is completely dissolved.
4. Then add the prepared cherries, simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes, turn off the heat, and add the red wine.
5. Let it cool, then pour into a clean, oil-free, and dry bottle and seal for storage.
