Pig's blood is nutritious and delicious, but it's not easy to buy good quality. Learn these 4 tips:
1. Look at the color
Good quality pig's blood is dark red. Products that are turbid and grayish or particularly bright red are of inferior quality;
2. Smell the aroma
Good pig's blood has a faint bloody smell, while inferior pig's blood does not;
3. Check the elasticity
When pressed gently, good pig's blood is elastic and brittle, while inferior ones do not break;
4. Examine the air pores
You can check its cross-section. Good pig's blood is relatively coarse and has many small, irregular air pores, while the cross-section of inferior pig's blood is smooth and flat with few pores.
