I wonder if anyone's feed is still flooded with "xiāng gū lán shòu" (香菇蓝瘦, literally "mushroom blue sad," a pun for "feeling sad and blue"). I initially thought this meme would be like "Your mom is calling you home for dinner"—a fleeting trend. But as time passed, it's still going strong! Maybe it resonates because, after all, the feeling of working seven days a week is exactly "xiāng gū lán shòu"...
I've always believed that there's no problem a good meal can't solve. If there is, then two meals! Today, I'm introducing 100 ways to cook mushrooms (due to space, only 3 are shown, you know). I believe these delicious mushroom dishes will make you stop feeling "lán shòu"!
1. Steamed Shrimp and Mushroom Cups
(Suitable for: Babies over 1 year old)
The shrimp in the steamed mushroom cups is rich in protein and calcium, which helps boost the immunity of expectant mothers. Mushrooms contain more than 40 types of six classes of enzymes, which can correct human enzyme deficiencies; the fatty acids in the fat of mushrooms are beneficial for lowering blood lipids.
Ingredients
8 shrimp, 8 mushrooms, appropriate amount of salt, a little chopped chives
Method
1. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems.
2. Peel the shrimp, devein, wash, and then mince. Season with a little salt and mix well.
3. Fill the prepared shrimp mixture into the mushrooms.
4. Bring water to a boil in a steamer. Place the mushroom cups in and steam for 5-6 minutes. Wash and sprinkle the chopped chives on top of the steamed mushroom cups.
2. Mushroom and Pearl Meatballs
(Suitable for: Babies over 2 years old)
Beef is nutritious, with a high protein content and an amino acid composition that better meets the body's needs. It also contains various minerals such as calcium, iron, and selenium. Its iron content is particularly high, and it's the easily absorbed animal-based heme iron, making it a great food for conception.
Ingredients
200g mushrooms, 250g ground beef, 100g celery, 2 eggs, 10g chopped green onions, 15g starch, 4 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons cooking wine, 1 teaspoon white pepper (reduce seasoning for babies)
Method
1. Cut the mushroom stems, wash them separately, blanch the mushroom stems, then chop and set aside.
2. Add the chopped mushroom stems to the ground beef.
3. Separate the egg white and yolk. Add the yolk to the beef. Then add chopped celery, starch, soy sauce, chopped green onions, cooking wine, and pepper.
4. Mix the beef mixture well.
5. Form the beef mixture into meatballs.
6. Arrange the meatballs on a plate and steam until cooked through.
