Stay away from cancer. Remember the six words of daily dietary therapy.

The incidence of cancer is on the rise, and there is growing concern about cancer prevention. How can we protect ourselves? Here are the answers…

One: Eat "Fresh"

Eating fresh foods helps prevent cancer. Numerous international studies have pointed out that consuming more fresh foods can help prevent cancer. The World Cancer Research Foundation has found that eating more fresh fruits and vegetables can lower the risk of developing various cancers, including pharyngeal, laryngeal, and esophageal cancer.

Two: Eat "Light"

Eating less salt, a light diet, and controlling meat consumption. A high-salt diet is closely linked to the development of stomach cancer. High-salt preserved foods contain a lot of nitrites, which can combine with amines in food to form nitrosamines, which are highly carcinogenic. It is recommended that daily salt intake should not exceed 5 grams per person.

Three: Eat "Coarse"

Fiber stimulates gastrointestinal motility. A lack of dietary fiber in food is one of the important reasons for the increase in cancer patients in recent years. Foods rich in dietary fiber include: staple foods like black rice, cornmeal, oatmeal, fresh corn, and millet; vegetables like shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, edamame, fava beans, garlic stalks, and water bamboo; fruits like pomegranate, mulberry, pear, kiwi, and fresh jujubes; and nuts like black sesame, pine nuts, dried almonds, and dried walnuts. After entering the body, dietary fiber can stimulate gastrointestinal motility, promote bowel movements, reduce the absorption of carcinogens in the intestines, and prevent colorectal cancer.

Four: Eat "Bitter"

Limonene enhances resistance. Many people dislike slightly bitter foods, but they don't realize that bitter foods have excellent anti-cancer properties. Many years of research have found that limonene has a significant effect in enhancing immunity and can help cancer patients boost their resistance.

Five: Eat "Sour"

Inhibits the growth of cancer cells. Vinegar is the most common condiment in the kitchens of Chinese people, containing a variety of amino acids and organic acids. It is suitable to use vinegar in many dishes during cooking, as it is both healthy and delicious. For example, adding a little vinegar when stir-frying shredded potatoes, bean sprouts, or lotus root slices can make the dish crisp and refreshing; adding a little vinegar when stir-frying purple cabbage can make the color of the dish more vibrant.

Six: Drink "Tea"

Blocks the formation of cancer cells. The health benefits of tea are numerous. It refreshes the mind, improves thinking, and increases efficiency; it lowers blood fat and blood pressure to maintain health; it protects the liver, improves eyesight, prevents radiation, and fights cancer; it fights aging to prolong life, and more.
