A little reminder before eating watermelon: Watermelon is known as the "king of summer fruits," and many people love it. However, for some people, eating watermelon can cause health problems.
Freshly Squeezed Watermelon Juice
Ingredients: Watermelon pulp
Method: Place the watermelon pulp in a household juicer and juice it.
Characteristics: Vibrant color and sweet, smooth taste.
Tips: When summer arrives, to keep food fresh, people often put it in the refrigerator as soon as they get home. But did you know that the refrigerator is not a "universal保鲜箱" (universal preservation box)? For some foods, putting them in the fridge can actually cause them to "age" prematurely.

Fried Watermelon Wrinkle Pancakes
Ingredients: Watermelon pulp, flour, egg white.
Method: Mash the watermelon pulp into a puree, drain some of the juice, and mix with flour, egg white, and sugar. Divide into several small, relatively runny dough balls. Roll each in dry flour, flatten, then roll into a ball again. Repeat this process until the dough is firmer, then shape it. Heat oil in a pan and fry until the pancakes have a wrinkled skin.
