Among them, products with excessive diacetyl content are prone to producing a "stale rice" flavor, which directly affects the sensory quality of the beer.
The inspection found that "Guangdu" brand Zhen Shuang beer produced by Jiangsu Lantong Shidai Beer Co., Ltd., "Yueyanglou" brand beer produced by Hunan Yueyanglou Liquor Industry Co., Ltd., Pure Biochemical Beer produced by Qingdao Haiyue Beer Co., Ltd., and "Buyecheng" brand Pure Biochemical Beer produced by Shandong Hengrun Beer Co., Ltd. all had more than two substandard indicators. 8 types of cold drinks have excessive bacteria

The inspection found that "Lanbao" brand mung bean popsicles produced by Shandong Zibo Lanbao Food Co., Ltd. had excessive lead content; White sugar popsicles produced by Fuyuan Cold Food Products Factory in Datun Town, Haicheng City, Liaoning Province, had不合格 total bacterial count and coliform groups; "Shengtianxi" brand ice cream produced by Cangzhou Shengtianxi Food Co., Ltd. in Hebei Province and "Colorful Cup" popsicles produced by Guye Bingwen Cold Food Factory in Guye District, Tangshan City failed in four indicators: total bacterial count, coliform groups, total sugar, and labeling; "Dinghui" brand popsicles produced by Urban and Rural Dinghui Cold Drink Factory in Ranghuqu District, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, "Huayi" brand Spotted Dog ice cream produced by Harbin Huayi Food Co., Ltd., "Manuer" brand Sweet Jujice Stick Ice produced by Taigu Xingye Food Factory in Shanxi Province, and "Weiyanmei" brand Crispy Cone Ice Cream produced by Limin Cold Food Factory in Tangshan City all failed in three indicators: total bacterial count, coliform groups, and labeling.
