Eating too many eggs and milk can easily cause allergies.

A recent food allergy survey has found that milk, eggs, and gluten are the top three most common delayed food allergens, followed by soybeans and kidney beans. The survey also revealed a higher number of people with allergies to gluten and soybeans. Skin rashes are the most common allergy symptom, followed by eczema, nasal sensitivity, fatigue, bloating, headaches, and constipation.

"The public generally considers milk and eggs to be highly nutritious foods, believing that consuming more will increase their nutritional value, but they don't realize that excessive consumption can lead to allergies," said Dr. Leung Shu-fong, a Hong Kong pediatrician. Food allergic reactions are of two types: immediate and delayed. The survey organization reminds: "The latter is even more difficult to prevent, and delayed allergic reactions to eggs are particularly unpredictable."

The 147 doctors who participated in the survey recommend that to treat food allergies, one should avoid consuming the allergenic foods, find substitutes for them, use medication, and take some health supplements.
