Peanut Milk:
15 grams each of peanuts, sweet almonds, and soybeans. Place the peanuts, sweet almonds, and soybeans in a basin, soak in water for 4 hours, then grind them into a thick paste with a mill. Filter the liquid through double-layer gauze, then pour it into a clay pot and cook until done. Alternatively, these three ingredients can be ground into a fine powder and cooked with water when ready to use. Take 1 dose daily, which can be divided and consumed in the morning or in the morning and evening. It has the functions of strengthening the spleen and benefiting the stomach, replenishing qi and nourishing blood, moistening the lungs and stopping cough, and promoting bowel movement. Sweet Almond and Peanut Paste:

How to take: Take 10 grams each time, add honey, and mix with boiling water. Consume before breakfast and after dinner. It can enhance the effect of moistening the lungs and stopping cough. It is suitable for those with a long-term cough, shortness of breath, and a dry cough with little phlegm.
Red Bean and Peanut Soup:
60 grams each of peanuts, red beans, and jujubes, boiled into a soup. Take it several times a day. These three ingredients are rich in Vitamin B1 and also have the effect of tonifying the spleen and stomach. It is suitable for beriberi, edema due to spleen deficiency, poor appetite with fatigue, loose stools and diarrhea, and listlessness.
Jujube and Peanut Soup:
120 grams of peanuts and 30 grams of jujubes, decocted in water. Alternatively, you can chew the peanuts and swallow them with the decoction of jujubes. Clinical experience has confirmed that the combination of peanuts and jujubes can tonify the spleen, benefit the blood, and stop bleeding. It has a certain therapeutic effect on bleeding conditions such as spleen deficiency with blood deficiency, anemia, thrombocytopenic purpura, and hemophilia.
Peanuts are prone to moisture and mold, producing aflatoxin, which is highly carcinogenic. It is best to store them in a cool, dry place. If any spoiled peanuts are found, they should be removed promptly and not consumed.
