It is suitable for beriberi, edema due to Spleen deficiency, poor appetite with fatigue, loose stools and diarrhea, and listlessness. Peanut and Jujube Soup:

120 grams of peanuts and 30 grams of jujubes, decocted in water and taken. Alternatively, one can chew the peanuts and take them with the decoction of jujubes.
