Tomatoes, beans, and broccoli possess amazing anti-cancer properties.

According to the latest research by American scientists, tomatoes, beans, and cauliflower have surprising anti-cancer effects. Proper daily intake of these vegetables and fruits can not only improve skin health but also fight cancer, achieving two goals at once.

Scientists have long known that men who consume cooked tomatoes, such as tomato sauce, have a reduced risk of prostate cancer. The American Institute for Cancer Research recently discovered that eating tomatoes daily can not only prevent prostate cancer but can even shrink existing tumors.

The study also found that women who regularly consume bean products like tofu and soy milk are less likely to develop breast cancer, as beans reduce estrogen secretion. In the trial, women who drank more than four cups of soy milk daily had 40% lower estrogen concentrations in their blood than women who did not drink soy milk.

Among the many vegetables and fruits, green and white cauliflower, and Chinese cabbage have the best anti-cancer effects, being particularly effective against bladder cancer. According to the American Cancer Society, these vegetables can inhibit the growth of malignant bladder cancer cells. In a study of 48,000 men, their risk of developing bladder cancer was reduced due to their consumption of vegetables like cauliflower.
