Notes for Chocolate Bean Scones
1. Add the milk and egg mixture in batches, and ensure the liquid content is not too high, otherwise the dough will be too wet and sticky to handle.
2. Mix and knead into a dough; do not knead repeatedly, otherwise the butter will melt, the dough will develop gluten, and the final product will become dry and hard.
3. You can fold it a few times, roll it out to 2 cm thick, and then shape it. This will make it taller and with richer layers.
4. Store in an airtight container. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds before eating to make it fragrant and fluffy.
