A Drinking Water Schedule to Help You Detox More Effectively.

Drinking Schedule for a More Thorough Detox

Water is the source of life. Drinking water not only replenishes the moisture our bodies need but also aids in detoxification. Experts have recommended a "drinking schedule" for your reference.

According to the BBC, experts from St. Mary's Hospital, London University, have announced that drinking water before meals has six major benefits, including improving a person's concentration.

After observing over 3,000 patients, the researchers found that conditions like asthma, allergies, depression, and stomach ulcers are related to water intake. "Water intake is closely linked to some diseases. Insufficient water intake can potentially increase the risk of conditions like stroke and obesity," the experts said.

Nowadays, more and more people are paying attention to drinking water, but few truly know how to drink it properly. Drinking without regard to time, content, or thought... only proves that you are drinking water, but not necessarily the right way.

1. Improve Concentration: Helps keep the brain active and firmly stores new information in memory.

2. Boost Immunity: Enhances the immune system's ability to fight off bacterial infections.

3. Fight Depression: Stimulates the production of substances that combat depression.

5. Fight Cancer: Keeps the hematopoietic system functioning properly, helping to prevent various types of cancer.

6. Prevent Diseases: Helps prevent blockages in the heart and brain blood vessels.

7:30 After a full night's sleep, the body starts to become dehydrated. Drinking 250cc of water upon waking can help the kidneys and liver detoxify.

8:30 The morning rush from waking up to getting to the office is often tight and stressful, which can unknowingly lead to dehydration. So, after arriving at the office, don't rush for coffee. Have at least 250cc of water first.

11:00 After working in an air-conditioned room for a while, take a break to move around and have your third glass of water for the day. This replenishes lost fluids and helps relax a tense work mood.

15:00 Swap your afternoon tea or coffee for a healthy mineral water to refresh your mind.

17:30 Before leaving the office, have another glass of water to increase your feeling of fullness. This will naturally prevent you from overeating at dinner.

22:00 Have another glass of water one to half an hour before bedtime! You have now consumed 2000cc of water today. However, don't drink it all at once to avoid frequent trips to the bathroom, which can affect your sleep quality.
