Drinking Kung Fu Tea Brings You Closer to Death!
A healthy body comes from good habits. Bad habits, however, can be fatal, casting a shadow of death, such as cancer. Here are ten things to check against. See how many apply to you. It's not too late to change them now.
1. Frequently drinking Kung Fu tea
Do you often drink very hot (over 70°C) concentrated tea, or consume very hot soups?
2. Frequently staying up late
Do you not only stay up late for various reasons, leading to insufficient sleep, but also often rely on smoking and drinking coffee to stay awake?
3. Holding in bowel movements
Do you often resist the urge to use the restroom for several hours, especially in unfamiliar places?
4. Allergic constitution
Do you suffer from asthma, or are you allergic to certain medications or chemicals?
5. Low cholesterol
Is your serum cholesterol level below 110mg/dl?
6. Preference for meat
Do you primarily eat pork, beef, lamb, and other red meats, feeling that a meal is not complete without meat?
7. Children of cancer patients
Have your parents or blood relatives had cancer?
8. One spouse has cancer
Have you and your spouse been diagnosed with cancer, either simultaneously or one after the other, a phenomenon known as "spousal cancer"?
9. High blood pressure
Do factors like obesity, heavy drinking, smoking, or excessive salt intake contribute to your high blood pressure?
10. Vitamin deficiency
Do you dislike eating fruits, have a picky diet, or have a very monotonous diet?
If you have 1 to 3 of these, correct these habits quickly. It's not too late.
If you have more than 3, you must pay sufficient attention to your health, insist on regular check-ups, and resolutely improve your physical condition.
If you have more than 5, please talk more with cancer patients around you to be promptly warned! Otherwise, in 10 years, your chances of developing cancer will be very high. More importantly, cancer has a hereditary component, and your partner is also likely to develop cancer due to sharing an unhealthy lifestyle. Your health is not just a personal matter!
