One-Word Guide to Preventing Colds
Effectively prevent colds and stay free from the troubles of minor illnesses.
Wash: In the morning, wash your face with cold water or apply it to your nose; often wash your feet with hot water, and at the same time, massage the Yongquan acupoint on the sole of your foot with your palm, which can have a very good effect on preventing colds.
Gargle: Gargle with salt water to clear residual phlegm and microorganisms from the mouth.
