It's impossible to live a modern life without stress. Stress can be a motivator, but if it's too much, you need to de-stress to continue on a healthy path. How stressed are you? Answer the following questions and take the self-assessment!

You can answer based on your situation over the past two to three months. Only answer "Yes" or "No".
0-4 "Yes": You belong to the low-stress, happy group.
4-8 "Yes": You have relatively low stress and can achieve a good state through self-adjustment.
8-12 "Yes": You are under moderate stress.
12-16 "Yes": You are under moderately high stress.
16-20 "Yes": You belong to the ultra-high-stress group.
