Entering dietary pitfalls leads to a cold body; chewing and eating less warms it up
Introduction: Are you eating nutritious foods but not achieving a healthy body? The problem might be your eating habits! Here are some healthy eating tips. Incorrect eating habits like wolfing down your food or overeating can harm your health and lead to a cold body. Come learn healthy eating habits, avoid dietary pitfalls, and add points to your health!
Thorough chewing and small portions are the surest way to eliminate a cold body!
As explained in Chapter 1, "improving a cold body" and "cleansing blood clouded by metabolic waste" are crucial for preventing and treating disease. In this chapter, I will focus on the aspect of "food" to explain methods for warming the body. First, to eliminate a "cold body," there are two key dietary points:
● Eat small portions and chew thoroughly.
● Adequately consume fiber-rich and diuretic foods.
These two points are fundamental principles of diet. Without thorough chewing, the result of wolfing down food is not only indigestion but also a lack of satiety, which can easily lead to overeating and obesity. I believe everyone knows that overeating and obesity are the main culprits behind clouded blood.
Flush out waste by eating more "scavenger" foods that purify the body!
Furthermore, even if you don't overeat, constipation can cause the body to absorb excess substances like cholesterol, fat, and sugar that should have been excreted with stool, leading to clouded blood. Preventing constipation is also an important condition for keeping blood clean, so you should normally eat more seaweed, beans, germinated grains, brown rice, vegetables, etc., to consume dietary fiber and promote bowel movements.
Nutritional excesses like sugar and fat, chemical flavorings, pesticides, dioxins, carcinogens, and other "harmful to health" substances... dietary fiber can excrete these along with stool, acting as "scavengers within the intestines."
Moreover, dietary fiber promotes the growth of bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria, which improve the intestinal environment and produce various vitamins. For example, Vitamin BX (para-aminobenzoic acid, PABA) found in carrots or apples is a growth factor for lactic acid bacteria. It also has a diuretic effect and can be used to purify the blood.
Metabolic waste in the blood is excreted through sweat, eye discharge, nasal mucus, feces, urine, and phlegm, with the largest amount being excreted through urine. In other words, diuretic foods such as red beans, black beans, grapes, pears, herbal teas, and black tea have a significant effect on purifying the blood.
Poor appetite and fever are things to be happy about!
A certain German physician once said bluntly: "There are two great physicians in the world: one is fever, and the other is loss of appetite." Needless to say, for inflammatory diseases such as infections, but also for collagen diseases, cancer, rheumatism, myocardial infarction, etc., the initial symptoms of the vast majority of diseases are fever and loss of appetite.
If "fever" and "loss of appetite" are the results of illness, then regardless of the cause, modern medical treatment rushes to lower the fever as soon as it appears and makes patients eat more "to supplement nutrition." This goes against the laws of nature. In advanced countries, including Japan, although medical science is advancing by leaps and bounds, the number of diseases and patients is constantly increasing, precisely because the treatment violates the laws of nature.
You can see this from the fact that wild animals, without hospitals, doctors, or nurses, are mostly healthy and live out their natural lifespan. This is because when wild animals get sick, they never force themselves to eat, and they never do something foolish like trying to lower a fever.
Fever is a phenomenon where white blood cells strengthen their ability to engulf bacteria and increase their bactericidal power. Additionally, during a fever, the power of lymphocytes and NK cells (natural killer cells) also increases, which is to enhance immunity. The body experiences a loss of appetite to allow the digestive system to rest. The digestive system is responsible for digestion, so one could say "digestive power = life force." Therefore, a loss of appetite is the body's natural response, giving the digestive system time to recover its function to treat the disease.
No matter how amazing and astonishing future medical treatments become, I don't think they can surpass these two great physicians: "fever" and "loss of appetite"!
