Homemade pure fruit juice.
Moms should choose pure fruit juice, preferably homemade. Never opt for convenient fruit juice drinks with other ingredients for your baby, to prevent improper ingredients from causing temporary or cumulative harm to the body.
Do not overconsume.
Strictly control and pay attention to your baby's total daily juice intake. Do not overuse it, as this can lead to various long-term diseases, with obesity, malnutrition, and gastrointestinal discomfort being the main symptoms.
Lead by example.
Watch what you eat and drink. Adults should not drink juice and beverages like water in front of children, and should teach young children the correct concept of liquid intake.
Use more fruits as substitutes.
Give your baby more fresh fruits, which is always better than drinking juice. Besides being the most nutritious, it can also train a baby's chewing ability, provide appropriate dietary fiber, and help with intestinal motility and bowel movements.
