Eat grapes, don't spit the grape skins.

Recent research by American experts has found that grape skins contain highly effective anti-cancer substances. They are reminding everyone to "eat the grape, skin and all."

Researchers extracted hundreds of natural compounds from plants consumed by humans. After repeated experiments on these compounds, they finally discovered and confirmed the highly effective anti-cancer properties of this substance. They fed this substance to laboratory mice with skin cancer for 18 weeks and then compared them with a control group of mice with skin cancer that did not receive the substance. The results showed that the cancer cells in the mice that consumed the substance decreased by 68% to 98%. Generally, the development of cancer can be divided into three stages: first, the DNA of normal cells is damaged, awakening cancer-causing genes; second, cell division accelerates, joining the canceration process; and third, the tumor begins to worsen and metastasize. Experts say this substance has a highly inhibitory effect on cancer in all three stages. This substance exists in varying amounts in over 70 plants, including peanuts and grapes, with the highest concentrations found in grape skins and red wine. The substance is non-toxic and has no side effects on the human body, and can be developed into an excellent natural cancer preventive medicine.
