Pink Lady
Ingredients: Pear, Honey Peach, Pineapple, Grapefruit.
Method:
1. Sweet pineapple, honey peach, grapefruit, water.
2. Wash the fruits and dice them. If using regular pineapple, soak it in salt water first.
3. Put the fruits into the blender's filter, you can add a little more water.
4. Turn on the machine and blend twice.
5. You can also use a juicer to extract the juice directly. I chose the blender because my pineapple was too sweet.
Winter Melon Tea
Ingredients: 800g winter melon, 100g brown sugar, 100g rock sugar.
Method:
1. Wash the winter melon, dice it (peel and seeds should be retained), mix with brown sugar, and let it sit in the pot for about 15 minutes.
2. Put the winter melon along with the brown sugar water and rock sugar into the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and maintain a gentle simmer until the syrup becomes thick and the winter melon turns coffee-colored and translucent.
3. Filter the cooked liquid, let it cool, and pour it into a clean glass jar for sealing. Store in the refrigerator. Dilute with warm or cold water when drinking, and adjust the sweetness to your preference.
