Tremella and Pumpkin Porridge
Ingredients: Pumpkin, tremella, rice.
Method: 1. Peel and deseed the pumpkin, then cut it into cubes.
2. Soak the tremella in water until soft, then wash it clean.
3. Cook the rice in a pot first. When the rice is almost done, add the pumpkin and tremella and cook together. Once the pumpkin and rice are soft, it's ready to serve.
Tremella and Cucumber Salad
Ingredients: One large piece of tremella, two cucumbers, minced garlic to taste, salt, aged vinegar, sesame oil.

Method: 1. Soak the American ginseng slices, tremella, and bird's nest in water until soft. Slice the ginger and cut the scallion into sections.
2. Place the prepared American ginseng slices, tremella, bird's nest, ginger slices, and scallion sections together in a clay pot, add water, and simmer for 2 hours.
