Ingredients: 50g walnut kernels, 30g Bletilla striata, 50g Poria cocos, 30g soybeans, 20g Gordon Euryale seeds, 60g lean pork.

Method: Wash the above ingredients. Cut the lean pork into small pieces. Place everything in a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer until the pork is tender. Drink the soup and eat the pork. One serving daily.

Fo-ti Chicken
