Introduction: According to a report on the Russian "Healthy Life" website on October 31, British scholars have studied that citrus fruits may be detrimental to the health of young women.
After a 22-year study and analysis of 78,000 women, British scholars found that citrus fruits can harm the female skeletal system, especially in young women. The likelihood of people who love eating citrus fruits developing inflammation of bone tissue is 41% higher than others. Additionally, teeth may also be damaged.
However, citrus fruits do not have such an effect on men.
To prevent potential bone damage, researchers recommend that women should not eat citrus fruits more than three times a week.
