For babies who don't like meat: Meat-Filled Tofu
Ingredients: 1 block of soft tofu, 1 liang (50g) of lean meat, 1 mushroom, a pinch of chopped green onions
Instructions:
1. Mince the lean meat and mushroom, mix with salt;
2. Cut the tofu into two strips, make a hole in the middle of each strip without piercing the bottom, and fill the holes with the minced meat and mushroom;
3. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with a little salt, and add a few drops of sesame oil;
4. Steam in a pot for 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients: Tomatoes, store-bought yogurt cheese
Instructions:

Ingredients: 1 carrot, 1 fish tail (the latter half of a grass carp)
Instructions:
1. Skin and bone the fish tail;
2. Cut the meat into small pieces, add carrot slices, salt, scallions, ginger, and MSG. Add a little water for a smoother blend, then process in a food processor to form a paste;
3. Pour into a bowl, add cornstarch, and continue stirring in one direction. Let it rest for 20 minutes for a better texture, then form into small balls and add to soup.
