Stir-fried Crispy Watermelon Rind

Main Ingredients: 5 pieces of watermelon rind, 100g of corn kernels, half a carrot.
Seasonings: Cooking oil, salt, chopped green onions, and dark soy sauce.
Instructions:
1. Take the inner flesh of the watermelon rind, wash it, shred it, sprinkle with a moderate amount of salt to marinate, then squeeze out the excess moisture.
