How to peel garlic easily?

Garlic is a common condiment used in homes and hotels. There are many methods for peeling garlic cloves, such as the water soaking method and the cutting board method, with the latter being more commonly used in households.

However, hotels do not use the cutting board method because it makes the garlic unattractive and affects the dish's appearance. While the water soaking method is certainly more convenient, its biggest drawback is that unused garlic cloves tend to change color, making them difficult to store. So, how can one make garlic easy to peel and also convenient to store? Here, I will introduce a method:

First, separate the whole garlic into individual cloves (depending on your establishment's usage) and place them in a plastic basket. After peeling, cover them with another plastic basket of the same size (other containers can also be used).

Then, shake the basket up and down for about ten minutes. Afterwards, try peeling the garlic. At this point, the peels will come off easily, saving you a lot of trouble.
