When washing fruits, you can choose to use table salt. After wetting the fruit's surface with water, sprinkle a little salt on it. The surface dirt can be scrubbed clean very quickly, and then you can rinse it with water to eat with confidence. The principle of this cleaning method is to utilize the granular state of salt to enhance friction, and table salt is also very clean. A clever way to clean fruits for healthier consumption.
Additionally, applying toothpaste to the fruit's surface as a cleaner is also a very effective method. Washing fruits with hot water is also a great way, as it easily removes preservatives and other substances from the surface of apples. Fruits washed in this way can be eaten with confidence.

How to Grapes
Put the grapes in water, then add two spoonfuls of flour or starch. Do not knead them hard, just gently turn them over. Then, rinse and sift them in water. Flour and starch are both sticky, and they will carry away all the debris. Another method: Squeeze an appropriate amount of toothpaste into your palm, then rub your hands together to coat them with toothpaste. Gently rub each grape to coat it with toothpaste, and finally, rinse the toothpaste off with clean water to eat with confidence. We use toothpaste to brush our teeth every day, so there's no need to worry about the harm of toothpaste to the body.

How to Wash Strawberries
1. First, rinse the strawberries under running tap water for a few minutes to remove most of the germs, pesticides, and other pollutants on the surface. Note: Do not soak them in water first, to prevent the pesticides from leaching into the water and then being absorbed and penetrating into the fruit's interior;
2. Soak the strawberries in rice water (preferably the first batch of rice water) and light salt water (half a tablespoon of salt in a basin of water) for 3 minutes. Their functions are different: the alkaline rice water can break down pesticides; the light salt water can cause insects and insect eggs attached to the strawberry surface to float, making it easier for them to be washed away, and it also has a certain disinfecting effect.
3. Rinse again with running tap water to remove the rice water, light salt water, and any remaining harmful substances.
4. Rinse once more with clean water (or cold boiled water). Tip: Do not remove the strawberry tops before washing, to prevent pesticides and pollutants from seeping into the fruit through the "wound" during the soaking process, which would instead cause contamination.
