The pizza crust contains enough carbohydrates, the vegetables provide fiber and vitamins, and the cheese can give your baby protein and calcium.
Mini Bacon Pizza
Crust Ingredients:
180g flour, 4.5g yeast powder, 2g salt, 10g sugar, 70g milk or water, 20g butter
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Mix the flour, butter, and yeast water until smooth, then place in a warm place to ferment for about 30 minutes, or until the dough has doubled in size.
Oil the pizza pan, spread the dough evenly, making the edges a bit thicker. Poke some small holes in it and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Toppings:
Now, prepare the pizza sauce: sauce (or diced tomatoes), chopped onion, minced garlic, 5g butter, salt, sugar, and a little pizza herb.
Melt the butter in a pan. Sauté the minced garlic until it turns yellow, then add the chopped onion and stir-fry. Add the tomato sauce or diced tomatoes and cook for one minute. Then, add a little salt, sugar, and pizza herb, stir-fry, and set aside.
Prepare the vegetables and meat.
Take the pizza crust out of the fridge. Spread a layer of pizza sauce on the crust, then top with a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Next, add the other vegetables and meat (this time, half bacon and half sausage). Brush the edges with egg wash.
Place it in a preheated oven and bake at 200°C with top and bottom heat for 15 minutes. Take it out, sprinkle with more shredded cheese and a little pizza herb, then bake for another 5 minutes.
And there you have it! A fragrant and rich bacon and sausage pizza is ready. Sprinkle with a little black pepper. Hey you, stop playing and come wash up for dinner!
