Consume in small amounts: Goose, fatty pork, ham; caviar, octopus; ice cream, yogurt, whole milk; mushrooms, olives, potatoes, white corn; corn oil or sunflower oil.
Weight-gaining foods: Wheat and its by-products, corn, green beans, lentils, cabbage, and cauliflower.

A blood type, adapted to a vegetarian diet
Soy protein is a healthy food for this type.

Weight-gaining foods: Corn, lentils, peanuts, sesame, and wheat.
Weight-loss foods: Green leafy vegetables, meat, eggs, cheese, and yogurt.
AB blood type, adapted to both animal and plant protein
The digestive system of this type is more sensitive, so it's best to eat smaller meals more frequently. Fish, tofu, green leafy vegetables, and dairy products are all healthy foods for them.
