A child's intelligence usually depends on the number and complexity of neural connections in the brain. Neural connections are mainly composed of DHA, acetylcholine, protein, lecithin, and so on. What can a child eat to become smarter? Therefore, it is recommended to eat more brain-healthy foods rich in these nutrients: first, essential structural fats; second, a reasonable mix of meat and vegetables; third, alkaline foods; and fourth, foods containing acetylcholine and ribonucleic acid. In general, to help your child become smarter, you can try to have them do the following:
1. Eat more fish, egg yolks, dried shrimp, seaweed, kelp, and lean meat.
Dried Shrimp and Winter Melon Soup
2. Eat animal organs, such as pork liver and animal brains, once a week.
3. Eat fruits rich in vitamin C every day, such as oranges and apples.
4. Eat some nuts like walnuts and soy products every day.
5. Eat mushrooms 1-2 times a week.
6. Eat more bananas, carrots, and spinach.
7. Drink more milk, preferably children's formula milk containing taurine.
