Potato Egg Pancake

Scallion Potato Egg Pancake

Ingredients:

2 potatoes, half a small carrot, 1 egg, appropriate amount of flour, appropriate amount of chopped scallions, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of MSG

Instructions:

1. Prepare the ingredients: peel and wash the potatoes, wash the carrot, and chop the scallions.

2. Grate the potatoes and carrots.

3. Add the egg, chopped scallions, a small amount of flour, salt, and MSG.

4. Mix well. Don't add too much flour, or the pancake will be hard.

5. Heat the electric griddle, brush a layer of oil, place a mold, then pour the mixed batter into it. Press it flat with a small spoon. If you don't want to bother with the mold, just scoop a spoonful directly onto the pan and press it into a pancake shape with a spoon to fry.

6. Fry until the potato changes color, use the tip of a knife to rotate around the mold to remove the potato pancake and continue frying. When it's almost cooked, flip it over and fry for another 1 minute before serving.
