Ingredients:
Goji berries 5 qian, Chrysanthemum 6 qian, rock sugar a small amount.
Method:
Add 1500cc of water to the goji berries, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add the chrysanthemums, bring back to a boil, then turn off the heat and let it steep for 5 minutes. Remove the chrysanthemums and add rock sugar to taste. (Alternatively, you can steep them with an equal amount of hot water, but the effect will be milder).
