How to make crispy and delicious french fries?

Whether kids or adults, everyone loves french fries. If you make them at home, how can you fry them to be so fragrant and crispy?

Ingredients

2 potatoes

Seasonings

Ketchup, a little salt

Instructions

1. Select 2 fresh potatoes, wash and peel them.

2. Cut into strips. Cut the potatoes into long, even strips, with each strip preferably not exceeding 1 cm in width. Wash the cut potato strips in water to remove the starch, then drain and set aside.

3. Boil the potato strips. Place a suitable amount of water in a pot, enough to cover the strips. Bring the water to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Do not cook for too long; 7-8 minutes is enough. Add a little salt after the water comes to a boil. Remove the potato strips, arrange them neatly on a plate in a single layer. Use several plates to prevent them from sticking together.

4. Let them cool, then place them in the freezer to freeze.

5. When you want to eat them, take them out and fry until they turn golden brown, then remove from the pot.

The boiled potato strips have less moisture, so when you put them in the oil to fry, they won't splatter and won't absorb too much oil. You don't have to worry about consuming too much oil, nor do you have to worry about the fried french fries being soggy!
