Garlic-flavored bean sprouts: a quick and delicious dish.

How to make Garlic-flavored Soybean Sprouts:

Ingredients: 300g soybean sprouts, 3 green garlic stalks, 2 red chilies, 1 tsp chopped green onions, a little ginger shreds, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cooking wine, a little MSG.

Instructions:

1. Trim the roots and wash the soybean sprouts; wash and cut the green garlic stalks into one-inch pieces; remove the stems and seeds from the red chilies and shred them.

2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Stir-fry the soybean sprouts until they release water, then remove them to a plate.

3. Add a little oil to the wok and heat over low heat. Add the chopped green onions and ginger shreds to fragrance the oil, then add the shredded red chilies and stir-fry. Drizzle in the cooking wine, return the soybean sprouts to the wok, season with salt, add the green garlic and stir-fry until cooked. Add MSG and toss well to combine.

Warm Tip: If you stir-fry with scallion oil, it becomes Scallion-flavored Soybean Sprouts. You can also substitute 300g mung bean sprouts for the soybean sprouts, add 50g of minced meat, and 1 tsp of preserved vegetable to make Garlic-flavored Mung Bean Sprouts.
