Two Instant Noodle Recipes: Simple and Delicious.

There are many ways to cook stir-fried instant noodles. You can add your own side dishes according to your taste to make the food more delicious. Below, I will introduce two common methods for making stir-fried instant noodles.

Method One: Egg Fried Instant Noodles

Ingredients: 1 pack of instant noodles, 100g of mung bean sprouts, 100g of cabbage, 50g of carrots, 1 egg, a few green onions, a small amount of peanut oil, chopped green onions, and ginger slices.

Instructions:

1. Heat a little oil in a wok, crack in an egg, and stir-fry until slightly set. Remove and set aside, do not overcook.

2. Add a little more oil, add the chopped green onions and ginger to fragrance the wok, then add the mung bean sprouts, shredded cabbage, and carrots. Stir-fry evenly. Pour in boiling water; since this is a stir-fry, do not add too much water.

3. Add the noodle cake and seasoning packet, mix well, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then stir-fry over high heat to reduce the sauce.

4. Return the scrambled egg to the wok, mix well. Add the green onions, turn off the heat, and toss to combine.

Method Two: Mixed Vegetable and Seafood Fried Instant Noodles

Ingredients: 1 pack of instant noodles, 1 egg, 100g of fresh shrimp, 100g of king oyster mushroom, 100g of corn kernels, black pepper, salt, MSG, and oyster sauce to taste.

Instructions:

1. Chop the king oyster mushroom, and set the corn kernels aside.

2. Clean and peel the shrimp, then remove the head and chop the shrimp. You can lightly crush the shrimp with the back of a knife before chopping. Keep the shrimp heads.

3. Cook the instant noodles until about 70% done, drain the water, and place them on a plate for later use.

4. Heat oil in a wok, crack in the egg, and stir-fry until cooked and scrambled.

5. Add the chopped king oyster mushroom and corn kernels to the wok and stir-fry. Sprinkle with a little black pepper and stir well.

6. Add the chopped shrimp and stir-fry evenly. Add a little salt.

7. Add the shrimp heads to the wok and stir-fry until cooked. Then, add a small amount of water, return the noodles to the wok, and stir-fry. Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir well. Season with salt, MSG, and black pepper, then it's ready to serve.
