Lazy Recipe: Easy Homemade Pasta

Pasta is truly a lazy person's delight! Why? Because making pasta is incredibly simple; you can create a delicious and aromatic plate of pasta just by using store-bought sauce! If you want to make your own sauce, then learn how to make the following recipes!

Recipe One: Basil Flavored Pasta

Ingredients: 3 tomatoes, 1/2 onion, 10g butter, basil, black pepper, salt, pasta, ham, green bell pepper

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter in a pan over low heat, then turn up the heat. Add the chopped onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry.

2. Once the tomatoes release their juices, add basil, black pepper, and salt, stirring continuously. Turn up the heat to reduce the liquid into a sauce.

3. Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add a pinch of salt, then cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. After cooking, rinse it under cold water, drain well, and mix in a little cooking oil to prevent sticking.

4. Heat a little oil in a pan. When the oil is moderately hot, add mushrooms, ham, and green bell pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Then, add the previously made tomato sauce and pasta, and stir-fry everything together in the pan until well combined.

Recipe Two: Tomato, Mushroom, and Meat Sauce Pasta

Ingredients: Pasta, ground pork, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, salt, chicken powder, black pepper, tomato paste, butter, olive oil, red wine

Instructions:

1. Place the pasta in boiling water, separating it with your hands until it's all submerged. Add a little salt and olive oil, and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Drain the water, toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.

2. Season the ground pork with salt, chicken powder, and black pepper, and mix with a little starch to marinate. Blanch the tomatoes in hot water, peel, and dice them. Dice the mushrooms and onion, and mince the garlic.

3. Heat a little butter in a pan, add the minced garlic and stir-fry briefly, then add the ground pork and stir-fry until it turns white. Remove from the heat. Add more butter to the pan, then add the diced onion and stir-fry until soft and fragrant.

4. After the onions have softened, add the diced tomatoes and mushrooms, and stir-fry over medium heat until soft. Add 5 tablespoons of tomato paste, a little salt, chicken powder, and some red wine, and continue to simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Return the cooked pork to the pan and mix everything together. Add a generous amount of black pepper.

5. Place the cooked pasta on a plate and pour the sauce over it, tossing to combine. (Alternatively, you can add the cooked pasta directly to the sauce in the pan, toss to combine, and then serve.)
