Ingredients:

Tremella, peach gum, red dates, lily bulbs, dried cranberries, rock sugar.

Preparation Method:

(It is best to use a porcelain pot or clay pot for stewing this soup. The soup ingredient pack from Mùwùzhī has all ingredients pre-portioned by ratio, with one pack serving 3-4 people)

1. Soak the tremella for 2 hours, the lily bulbs for 5 hours until soft, and the peach gum for 12 hours;

2. After the ingredients are soaked, remove the root of the tremella, tear it into small pieces (the smaller the better), and pick out any impurities from the peach gum;

3. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, then add the tremella and peach gum. After it comes to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour;

4. Add the lily bulbs and simmer on low heat for 1 hour;

5. In the last 3 minutes, add the dried cranberries and rock sugar, stir until melted, then remove from heat;

6. Regarding water amount: When using a porcelain soup pot, add 7-8 bowls of water (approximately 2100-2400ML); when using a double boiler, add 4-5 bowls of water (approximately 1200-1500ML); for other cooking utensils, please add 15 times the amount of water relative to the ingredients.
