Diet Tips
You cannot drink water immediately after eating grapes, as it can easily cause diarrhea. It turns out that grapes themselves have a laxative effect. If you drink water right after eating them, your stomach doesn't have time to digest, and the water dilutes the stomach acid. The grapes, water, and stomach acid then rapidly oxidize and ferment, accelerating intestinal movement and leading to diarrhea. However, this diarrhea is not caused by bacteria and will resolve on its own without treatment.
Grapes contain Vitamin C, and the elements in milk will react with it, which can be harmful to the stomach. Consuming them together can lead to diarrhea, and in more severe cases, vomiting. Therefore, you should not drink milk right after eating grapes. It is best to wait for 30 minutes before having milk.
