Daily Water Drinking Schedule

The truly effective way to drink water is to finish an entire glass (about 200-250 ml) in one go, rather than just taking a couple of sips. This allows the body to properly absorb and utilize the water. Of course, "drinking in one go" doesn't necessarily mean you have to finish it all at once. If you only casually drink one or two sips to "quench your thirst," it will be of no real benefit to your body.

Drink Good Water

Try to avoid drinking distilled water frequently (as it is often too acidic and can harm the body, which is especially detrimental for people with weaker kidneys). You can choose high-quality mineral water instead.

If possible, alkaline water is most beneficial for the body. If not, drinking water that has been filtered at home and then boiled is also acceptable.

In general, when you have no other choice, drinking water is better than not drinking at all!!

Drink Warm Water

On a hot summer day, many people choose to drink iced water or add ice to their water.

In fact, iced water is not good for stomach function. Drinking lukewarm water is more beneficial as it helps the body absorb it and aids in digestion.

Drink Water on an Empty Stomach

Of course, you can drink water anytime. However, waiting until you are thirsty often only quenches your thirst and is not truly effective.

The most effective way to drink water is on an empty stomach. The water will then pass directly through the digestive tract and be absorbed by the body. Drinking water after a meal is not as beneficial for your health as drinking on an empty stomach. Give it a try!

Balance Your Intake

Office workers often neglect to drink water due to work, or avoid drinking to prevent suspicion of taking "bathroom breaks." We especially advise everyone not to use "going to the restroom often" as a reason to avoid drinking water. Over time, this can damage the bladder and kidneys, easily leading to lower back pain.

If you gradually develop a habit of drinking water, your bladder will get used to it, and the frequency of urination will naturally decrease. However, drinking eight glasses of water a day and urinating seven to eight times is also normal and necessary for metabolism. Remember, the key to drinking water is not just to quench a dry throat. Taking a sip when your mouth is dry is completely ineffective.

Water is to the body what oxygen is. Giving your body water is the best way to prolong your life; it is the fundamental principle for beautiful skin. For the sake of your health and your beauty, how can you refuse to drink water?

Drinking Water Schedule

AM 6:30

After a whole night's sleep, your body starts to become dehydrated. When you wake up, drink a 250cc glass of water to help your kidneys and liver detoxify. Don't eat breakfast immediately. Wait for half an hour to let the water integrate into every cell for metabolism before eating! (Very important! The body's detoxification depends on it!)

AM 8:30

The process from waking up to getting to the office is often tight, and stress levels are high, which can lead to dehydration. So, after arriving at the office, don't rush to make coffee. Drink at least 250cc of water first!

AM 11:00

After working in an air-conditioned room for a period, be sure to drink your third glass of the day when you get up to move around. This replenishes lost fluids and helps to relax your tense mood from work!

PM 12:50

Half an hour after lunch, drink some water instead of fattening artificial beverages. This can enhance your body's digestive function, which is not only good for your health but also helps you maintain your figure.

PM 3:00

Replace your afternoon tea or coffee with a healthy glass of mineral water!

Drinking a large glass of water not only replenishes the fluids lost in the air-conditioned room but also helps to clear your mind.

PM 5:30

Drink another glass of water before leaving the office.

If you are trying to lose weight by drinking water, you can drink a few extra glasses to increase your sense of fullness, so you won't overeat at dinner.

PM 10:00

Drink another glass of water one to half an hour before bed. Goal achieved!

You have now consumed 2000cc of water today.

However, don't drink too much at once to avoid having to use the restroom at night and affecting your sleep quality.
