Incompatible Foods

1. Eggs and soy milk should not be consumed together, as soy milk contains casein, which inhibits the absorption of protein from egg whites.

2. Milk should not be consumed with fruit juice. Over 80% of the protein in milk is casein, which can easily coagulate under acidic conditions, potentially leading to indigestion and diarrhea. Therefore, it is recommended not to eat fruit immediately after consuming milk or dairy products.

3. Milk and sugar should not be consumed together. The lysine in milk can react with fructose at high temperatures (above 90°C) to form a toxic fructose-lysine compound, which is harmful to the human body.

4. Milk should not be eaten with chocolate. Milk is rich in protein and calcium, while chocolate contains oxalic acid. The oxalic acid and calcium combine to form calcium oxalate, and consuming them together affects calcium absorption, which can easily lead to stones over the long term.

5. Do not mix scallions with tofu, or cook spinach and tofu together in soup, because the oxalic acid in the scallions and spinach will combine with the calcium in the tofu to form calcium oxalate, affecting the body's absorption of calcium.
