How to Reuse Soybean Pulp from Making Soy Milk
Soy milk can help reduce the occurrence of facial acne and blemishes, and make the skin fair and moisturized for young and adolescent women. For middle-aged and elderly women, it can alleviate and improve menopausal symptoms, delay aging, and prevent breast cancer. However, it's a pity to throw away all the soybean pulp left from making soy milk. After repeated experimentation, I have finally developed a set of methods for reusing this "waste." Ladies, you might want to take a look.
Pancakes:
There are several ways to make them, but basically, you can do it like this:
1. Add seasonings like salt and MSG, then mix in flour, eggs, and water, just like you would for an egg pancake. This makes the pancakes more chewy.
2. When making the soy milk, add peanuts and sesame seeds to make the pancakes more fragrant. Then, mix the soybean pulp with flour, add yeast dissolved in warm water (around 30°C), and knead into a dough. Let it rest for half an hour until it rises. After the dough has proofed, cook it the same way as a scallion oil pancake.
3. Mix it with cornmeal and add sugar to make sweet pancakes, about the size of a teacup mouth, very fragrant and sweet. Or you can deep-fry them.
Stir-fry:
1. Stir-fry with salted greens for a unique flavor.
2. Add chopped scallions, salt, and chicken powder. Stir-fry over high heat until a bit dry for a very fragrant result!
3. Stir-fry with eggs for a unique texture, or add shredded whitebait for an ultimate treat~
4. Chop celery and carrots, stir-fry with minced meat for a simple and delicious dish.
Make Meatballs:
Add some starch, and if you like, some shredded carrots, then deep-fry into small meatballs. They are very tasty and chewy. If you can't finish them in one meal, add them to soup when you make it. They are incredibly fragrant!
