Test for nutritional deficiencies in your body.

Vitamin D Deficiency:

Osteomalacia, rickets in children. Should consume more fish and eggs, and get more sun exposure.

Vitamin B1 Deficiency:

Sensitivity to sound, allergic reactions to audio equipment, intermittent soreness in the calves, beriberi, neurodermatitis, etc. Should consume more legumes, grains, nuts, fruits, milk, and green leafy vegetables.

Vitamin B2 Deficiency:

Inflammation of the corners of the mouth, various skin diseases such as dermatitis, scrotitis, a burning sensation in the hands and limbs, and excessive sensitivity to light. Should consume more liver, milk, eggs, legumes, and green vegetables.

Vitamin B3 Deficiency:

Thick tongue coating, swollen lips, tongue pain, lip pain, excessive dandruff, dry oral mucosa. Should consume more yeast.

Vitamin B12 Deficiency:

Loss of balance, intermittent pain in various parts of the body, numbness and tingling in the fingers. Should consume more animal liver and yeast.

Vitamin C Deficiency:

Fatigue without obvious reasons like overexertion, drastic environmental changes, or other organic diseases. Frequent colds and coughs, decreased resistance, frequent gum bleeding, slow-healing wounds, deep grooves on the tongue. Should consume more citrus fruits, oranges, pomelos, red dates, sour jujubes, etc.

Vitamin PP (Niacin) Deficiency:

Glossitis, dermatitis, loss of appetite, indigestion, vomiting, dizziness, memory loss. Should consume more whole grains, green leafy vegetables, liver, peanuts, protein, etc. Additionally, the body's external organs also give signals of vitamin deficiency. Oral Signals: If you notice red, chronically chapped corners of the mouth, and pain in the lips and tongue, you are likely suffering from angular cheilitis due to malnutrition. If left unattended, it can lead to canker sores and lymphadenitis. Angular cheilitis is mostly caused by a lack of iron, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), and Vitamin B6. Internally, a deficiency of these two vitamins can cause anemia and affect the body's growth and development. To supplement, eat more green leafy vegetables like spinach, regularly consume pork, beef, liver, and legumes, or take Vitamin B complex supplements.

Lip Signals:

Cracked, peeling lips, and blurred lip lines are signs of lip problems, indicating a deficiency in Vitamin B2 and Vitamin C. To supplement, eat more green vegetables, citrus fruits, tomatoes, melons, potatoes, or take Vitamin B complex supplements and Vitamin C tablets.

Tongue Signals:

If you find your tongue is overly smooth, the taste buds are raised and red, and the sides of the tip of the tongue are yellow or white, you are deficient in folic acid and iron. A deficiency of these substances will hinder the production of red blood cells in the bone marrow, leading to glossitis, anemia, gastrointestinal dysfunction, and poor growth and development. To supplement, eat more liver, spinach, dark bread, and take Vitamin B complex supplements containing folic acid.
