Traditional Chinese medicine theory classifies human constitutions into five types based on the Five Elements theory: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. People of different constitutions have varying tolerances to the seasons, so it's important to identify your own constitution type before making lifestyle adjustments. It is rare to find a person with a purely typical constitution. Following the principle of "Wood generates Fire, Fire generates Earth, Earth generates Metal, Metal generates Water, and Water generates Wood," most people may exhibit the characteristics of two adjacent constitutions.
