Ingredients: 450g baby bok choy, 30g vermicelli, 1 head of garlic, 15ml corn oil, 15ml steamed fish soy sauce, 30g dried black beans.
Garlic Vermicelli Baby Bok Choy
Instructions: Soak the vermicelli in warm water for ten minutes. Wash the baby bok choy and cut it in half lengthwise, then cut each half into four pieces to allow for better flavor infusion. Blanch in boiling water, then immediately remove and plunge into cold water to cool. Drain thoroughly. Mince the garlic. Take a deep plate, line the bottom with some of the vermicelli, arrange the baby bok choy on top, and then cover with another layer of vermicelli. Heat the oil and stir-fry the black beans until fragrant, then add the minced garlic and stir-fry until golden brown. Spread this mixture evenly over the vermicelli and bok choy. Steam in a steamer for 10 minutes. When done, drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce before serving.
