Delicious Coarse Grain Soup: A Recipe for Pumpkin Soup

Main ingredients: 180g pumpkin, 20g carrot, 10g celery, 250ml pure milk

Other ingredients: appropriate amount of corn oil, appropriate amount of black sesame, a little salt, appropriate amount of cheese-filled bread

Steps:

1. Peel, deseed, and wash the pumpkin.

2. Cut into small cubes.

3. Wash and dice the carrot.

4. Wash and dice the celery.

5. Prepare the cheese-filled bread for croque monsieur.

6. Cut into small cubes, then bake in the oven until crispy and set aside.

7. Heat a little corn oil in a pan, stir-fry the pumpkin cubes for a moment.

8. Add the carrot cubes.

11. Pour the soup ingredients from the pot into the soy milk machine.

12. Add one bag of pure milk.

15. Sprinkle with the previously baked bread cubes.

16. Sprinkle with some black sesame seeds and it's ready to eat.

Tips

① Cook the pumpkin until soft before putting it in the soy milk machine to ensure it can be blended into a very fine consistency.

② Adding milk can remove the astringent taste, making the texture smoother and the flavor more fragrant and delicious.

③ Replacing corn oil with butter will result in a better taste, but if you are serving it to a diabetic person, do not use butter.
